Ab Circle: Trim the Abs Without a Single Sit Up
May 5, 2010 by Ab Circle
Ab Circle Pro Review Summary
Ab Circle Pro is advertised as what the makers call a treadmill for the abs. The makers of this device claim it’s a great way to tone the midsection and to shed the pounds since it is also said to offer a complete cardiovascular workout as well. One of the manufacturer’s main selling points for this product is that it differs from traditional abdominal exercise equipment. While using this workout device people are not on their backs; instead, they are up off of the floor. The makers of this product claim this may protect the back and neck muscles from stress and unnecessary strain. This product may intrigue people who are bored with the standard ab workout, but we wonder if it can really generate the results that the company claims.
Product at a Glance
As mentioned, this device gets people up and off of the floor. It works by having people kneel on pads while holding on to handles and swinging their hips back and forth on a circular track. This swinging action is said to be easy to perform, yet will still work the abdominals and even the shoulders, back and arms. In fact, the makers of this product claim that it may offer a total body workout and there are different movements people are able to perform to work the buttocks and thighs.
Product in Focus
The advertised benefits of this product are quite enticing, and the company does claim that people may lose up to 10 pounds in just two weeks. While such weight loss is not impossible, it is a little far fetched, but it would have been more believable if the company were able to provide documented proof that 10 pounds of weight loss in just two weeks represents average results.
Obviously, exercising is a good approach to weight loss and getting fit. We are fans exercise equipment if they are able to provide a good workout and get people up and moving. However, there are many exercise devices now on the market with exaggerated claims. If the Ab Circle is able to provide the cardiovascular exercise the company promises, then if used regularly it may lead to weight loss, but dieters should not be upset if they do not lose 10 pounds in the first two weeks of use. Such claims are simply a bit unrealistic.
Cost
This ab device may be purchased from the product website. Currently, this site is offering a 30 day trial of this product. Though, once reading the details of this free trial we discovered that there is a $14.95 fee and the company charges $34.50 for shipping and handling. Right away this means consumers are shelling out nearly $50 for this trial. If people decide to keep the product, they must pay an additional 5 payments of $40. In total, this means that the Ab Circle Pro Machine will cost people about $250, which is not very cheap. This company does accept returns for 60 days starting from when the product is shipped. The return process is pretty complicated, and people will be automatically charged a 25 percent restocking fee. It appears that additional fees are added on if the consumers do not follow the return instructions perfectly.
Positives
• Product website posted
• Device said to not stress the back and neck
Negatives
• Quite expensive
• No cited research provided to support the product’s claims
• Does not appear to come with a money back guarantee
• Trial offer costs a pretty penny
Final Thoughts on Ab Cirle Pro Machine
Currently, the Ab Circle Pro is heavily marketed through a number of infomercials and online advertisements. Consumers who have come across these commercials and ads may very well like what they see. As mentioned, if this device may provide a legitimate cardio and total body workout, then it may show some real weight loss results. However, we do suspect that some of the advertised benefits for this product are a bit exaggerated, and some consumers may not want to even deal with the high price of this device. However, those people who are still interested in this piece of workout equipment should click on the links above. They lead to additional informational articles about this product that may be quite informative and worth reading.

The New Ab Circle Pro
May 1, 2010 by Ab Circle
There’s a lot of talk regarding the Ab Circle Pro.When a new exercise machine is advertised as much as the Ab Circle Pro people really start to take interested in how it can benefit their mission to shave down those excess pounds I haven’t tried it myself but I have decided to do some massive digging and conducted my own research into what people have to say about this exercise machine.
All the reviews that I have found pretty much come to a toss up. Some speak highly of this machine while others say that they’re not happy with it. Let’s see some of the good things and some of the not so good.
Positives:
1. Work out at home! The easiest, private and fun workout available. Don’t feel ashamed!
2. You do get a good workout out of it
3. Some people report losing weight and inches with this machine.
I can’t release the sources of these articles but I strongly suggest you check out the Ab Circle Pro
The Bad News
1. According to a few other reviews apparently the ab circle pro has a weight limit of about 300-350lbs so this machine might not be ideal for the largely overweight population
2. Knee pads can be a little uncomforatble for some.
3. The cost is slightly over $200, this might pose a problem for those looking for affordable weight loss solutions.
4. Not intense enough for some people! What?!
The Ab Circle Pro is definitely a great exercise machine for beginners and people who are looking for shave off a few extra pounds but I truly believe that people who are already very fit might not benefit as much from the workout.
It’s difficult to tell whether more people are happy with it or not, but there are many complaints about the Ab circle Pro. This is a fact beyond question. Whether or not you should get it is a personal decision. I wish you the best of luck in your quest for flat abs
Six Pack Abs With the Ab Circle Pro
April 30, 2010 by Ab Circle
Is the Ab Circle Pro a big waste of your money when it comes to achieving defined abs? Can you really acquire a six-pack without buying the Ab Circle Pro? The ads on television don’t portray the correct type of effect that you can cause buying this product. The groups of people you look at on television using the Ab Circle Pro are fitness models as well as bodybuilders. To say that these folks take advantage of this individual device single-handedly to obtain a toned body would be a far stretch of the truth.
Does the Ab Circle Pro deliver more then just a wokout? The Ab Circle Pro can cause results. This author is not debating that you can get a workout from buying it. However I do perceive problems using this product if you aspire to get defined abs.
Using a powerful cardio workout is essentially going to help you get clear of that stomach fat fast. Getting rid of that belly flab is key for the reason that if you get rid of that flab you will be able to investigate your abs. In fact you have to get your body fat percentage less than 8% for men and 14% for women. If you don’t get your body fat percentage underneath this you’re not get to see your abs. You could complete thousands of sit-ups and it won’t have a bearing. The results you want are going to happen with the help of a cardio workout.
Diet is a crucial if you yearn for visible tough abs. Using the best diet will cutback the amount of sugars and carbohydrates you’re ingestion and raise the amount proteins you ingest. The more protein you consume the more you feed your muscles. The more you feed your muscles work body the less your body needs to store fat. Do you see where this is going? The less fats and sugars you have in your diet the less your body stores. Getting the right diet is how your abs are going to show.
Can one exercise give you the results you seek? You will need to do more then one exercise to get the abs you want. You need work and care about the rest of your body as well. If you’re obese or just have a bit of stomach fat you need to work your body still. Target training your abs and expecting the flab to melt off won’t turn out. Sadly this is not how the body operates. If it did work then a lot of people would retain six-pack’s versus beer bellies. You don’t necessarily need to do 100 sit-ups and crunches to get defined an muscles. There are hundreds of unique exercises that you can do and get the same results with. The Ab Circle Pro does not offer this type of exercise.
Is paying $200 or more for this piece of equipment worth it? Why would paying this much money for a product like this be worth it if you are going to have it sit in a closet in a few months. This product offers a “workout” but getting a six-pack using this product might be a bit of a stretch.
Ab Circle Pro Machine is an workout machine but giving you a six-pack using this product may not happen. It certainly looks like a fun way work your body. The infomercial claims you can use this machine of only 3 minutes a day and see results. A stretch of the truth or the real deal? My aim is to get you think if this product is what you are looking for. Are you going to get the results you want? The results you want fast?
